Global Shipping

We use FedEx International to take care of all of our global deliveries, as they have proven to take on average 3-7 business days anywhere in the world, with global support offices and online tracking software. With FedEx as a trusted partner, it also means we can ship to over 200 countries worldwide and even if your country doesn't show up when you order, please get in contact and we will add it for you.

All of our shipping charges are calculated on checkout and are dependent on the location and weight of the product. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you the tracking details, so you can check your delivery direct to your door. Alternatively, please use this link with your tracking number provided on dispatch.

If you are a customer in the United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates or Kingdom Saudi Arabia, the price is inclusive of local taxes and import duties. For more details on import duties & taxes, please see our help section.

A copy of our global shipping tariff is available on request from the eBphotovideo crew at crew@ebphotovideo.com. If your shipping location is classed as an Out of Delivery Area (ODA), a surcharge may apply. In this case we will contact you with the relevant information.

Taxes

As eBphotovideo is based in the United Kingdom (UK), prices are inclusive of 20% VAT, on those orders sold and shipped to the UK only.

For orders sold and shipped to the United Arab Emirates (AE) or Saudi Arabia (SA), prices are exclusive of VAT and once a delivery address is provided, the respective VAT is calculated at checkout - AE VAT is charged at 5%, SA VAT is charged at 15%.

The final price you pay is inclusive of VAT and you will not pay any extra on import.

For shipments to all other countries a zero VAT rate will be applicable and sales tax will be paid by you, direct to the local designated courier on, or prior to delivery.

Import duties & taxes into the UK, AE, SA ONLY, will be borne by eBphotovideo and under no circumstances should the customer be charged by the international courier.

As per our contracted terms with FedEx International, all charges relating to import VAT and duty in the UK, AE and SA are to be charged to our account as clearly stated on the AWB. If FedEx contact you and ask for payment, please contact us immediately.

All import duties & taxes outside of UK, AE and SA are the responsibility of the customer and payable to the local designated courier, on or prior to delivery.
