The FUJINON XF 16-55mm F2.8 R LM WR is a wide-angle to short telephoto zoom lens designed for APS-C-format Fujfilm X-mount mirrorless cameras. It offers a 24-82.5mm equivalent focal length range, which provides a broad range of perspectives for shooting a variety of subjects. The lens's fast f/2.8 maximum aperture affords greater control over depth of field for isolating subjects and also benefits working in low-light conditions. Additionally, the lens design incorporates three extra-low dispersion elements and three aspherical elements, which help to reduce both chromatic and spherical aberrations for improved sharpness and clarity. Nano-GI and HT-EBC coatings have been applied to lens elements to further reduce lens flare and ghosting for greater contrast and colour accuracy.
